There's a 30 day return on all products offered on our site, except for lifesize stand-ups, baseball caps, neck ties and all other apparel. If your shipment is returned to us as "refused", your refund will be minus the shipping and a $5.00 restocking fee.

If you are returning a video, CD or DVD that is not defective, it must be returned in good condition and in its original shrink-wrap (unopened) for a refund to be issued. A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Defective videos, CD's and DVD's must be returned within 90 days from date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after that time period. No exceptions!

We make every attempt to pack each and every product for a safe arrival. should your product be damaged enroute, please return the product within 30 days from date of delivery. A replacement will be shipped upon return of product. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

International Orders Outside the U.S.

as the prices on our site are for U.S. only. We will give you the
additional shipping price and how to add into your shopping cart.

If you place an order but fail to add in the additional shipping charges,
your order will be held for approximately 30 days. After 30 days,
the product will be restocked and your credit card credited. A $7.00
restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
